Could you please confirm if you managed to close a single role with us? and you were not rewarded for that? If you are entering into a freelancer work agreement, you need to perform to get paid. At Zone IT Solutions, we try to nurture and train our new employees, and despite the best of our efforts, if they do not perform on agreed terms, after a fair little feedbacks and no improvements, we have to let them go. Thanks for sharing your experience. Our engagement was drawn as a freelancer and % commission was based on closures you can achieve. We chose you for potential, even though your experience did not reflect what was needed to work with a leading Recruitment agency. Most of our team is with us for over 2 years and happily helping our clients manage their IT Talent. It's sad to see that despite the best of our efforts, help, and support training and mentorship, you could not achieve a single closure in prolonged stay with us. All the agreed payments were made on time. And we maintained transparency for your candidates and closures with you. Despite no results from you, we have often encouraged with gift cards and a number of other incentives and engagements to keep morale high. We wish you the very best. We treat our employees, freelancers, contractors, Customers with respect, and integrity. Thanks for letting us know where we went wrong with you.

There’s a lot to say about this agency and most of it is unfortunately NOT POSITIVE. Zone IT has worst company culture with lots of nepotism and they make you work for free specially for new migrants. They never select your candidate but make you work like a slave in Australia. Won’t ever recommend this agency to deal with because of poor work ethics and politics. Cons -This business is built around the work of few earners and is the most demoralising and degrading job I have ever had. -RACIST company and bad management with no trust - No progression unless your boss likes you - You won't receive what's fair unless you're drinking buddies with the right people - Poor behaviour, bullying and harassment will not be tolerated - Any opportunity to undermine you with be used - They'll make all the promises and deliver on none of them. - only care about the money and doesn’t pay to their employees. Advice to Management - Stop lying to employees and candidates and selling them to dream. - If you have company values, then apply them fairly to everyone irrespective of how much business they bring through the door. -Commission based they only care about billings not finding right fit from client or candidates. Managers would give you one direction to follow, then the next month completely flip the plan. Military rule, no work-life balance, toxic work environment. Has no pros at all not even the people. Under surveillance! Utter nonsense and preposterous! HORRIBLE COMPANY, I have nothing positive to say. I will never stop telling people how horrible this company is.

Thanks for sharing your reviews. I am sure your experience with us hasn't been positive. But that doesn't mean you should randomly add all the horrible things that can go wrong in a company. We work Monday - Friday(9-6) in the usual hours. Because this is when our Clients and Candidates are available. So no one is working weekends, no one is working 10 hours. I am sure you will appreciate the amount of time we had shared with you on one-to-one coaching and grooming before; you were let go due to nonperformance. None of our employees or contractors, or freelance has been unfairly treated or paid. Everyone is given greater flexibility to accommodate their personal life. So I humbly reject your review and wish you the best in your future endeavor.

Forget salary for 3-4 months at least. Once you start asking salary the Founder finds innovative ways to avoid you and once you get him to discuss still he will ask u to wait for month till he starts the salary, START (start means after that start month ends you get the salary). 6th of every month salary will be received. Founder at the beginning said it is going to be a relaxing job but puts lot of stress mostly indirectly through accounts managers. If someone addresses issues seriously asks team member not to contact that person. Most of his ex employees lie about the actual reason of quitting. Founder even decides the reason and they agree with him for his reference.

This is coming from a nonperforming freelancer recruiter who engaged on closure based agreement. After all the hard work we have put in your training, coaching, support, and opportunities, you gave us absolutely zero results. It's unfortunate that you felt this way. But, we don't tolerate nonperformance for too long. Thanks for sharing your experience. Our engagement was drawn as a freelancer and % commission is higher than industry standards. Even though you had no prior recruitment experience, sheer based on your willingness to learn and perform, we decided to invest these previous months training and preparing you. Our rigorous training prepares you for the industry. There were plenty of encouragement inputs and mentoring available to you. Also, you were exposed to a number of opportunities to see if you can prove yourself. And finally, we had to give you a few enough notice to let you know the imminent departure. Unfortunately in all of your 5-6 months of your say, we did not see even a single role closure. If after all our efforts, inputs, training, and encouragement, you could not get any result. I suppose it was only fair to let you go based on performance. All the agreed payments were made on time. And we maintained transparency for your candidates and closures with you. We are proud to train newbies to learn and become an experienced recruiter and when some of them decide to leave us for better opportunities, we feel proud of our association. And most of the ex-employees are in touch with us and still join us as part of our Christmas celebration. We celebrate everyone who has been part of our journey.
