There’s a lot to say about this agency and most of it is unfortunately NOT POSITIVE. Zone IT has worst company culture with lots of nepotism and they make you work for free specially for new migrants. They never select your candidate but make you work like a slave in Australia. Won’t ever recommend this agency to deal with because of poor work ethics and politics. Cons -This business is built around the work of few earners and is the most demoralising and degrading job I have ever had. -RACIST company and bad management with no trust - No progression unless your boss likes you - You won't receive what's fair unless you're drinking buddies with the right people - Poor behaviour, bullying and harassment will not be tolerated - Any opportunity to undermine you with be used - They'll make all the promises and deliver on none of them. - only care about the money and doesn’t pay to their employees. Advice to Management - Stop lying to employees and candidates and selling them to dream. - If you have company values, then apply them fairly to everyone irrespective of how much business they bring through the door. -Commission based they only care about billings not finding right fit from client or candidates. Managers would give you one direction to follow, then the next month completely flip the plan. Military rule, no work-life balance, toxic work environment. Has no pros at all not even the people. Under surveillance! Utter nonsense and preposterous! HORRIBLE COMPANY, I have nothing positive to say. I will never stop telling people how horrible this company is.
