Could you please confirm if you managed to close a single role with us? and you were not rewarded for that? If you are entering into a freelancer work agreement, you need to perform to get paid.
At Zone IT Solutions, we try to nurture and train our new employees, and despite the best of our efforts, if they do not perform on agreed terms, after a fair little feedbacks and no improvements, we have to let them go.
