Cons

I worked for eastern construction pre-contracts team where employee turnover is high, hard work goes unrewarded, communication has broken down and backstabbing is highly common. Pre-contracts consists of a number of individuals sitting together rather than a team. The manager does not manage the employees properly and cannot build a team of them. I was lucky to find a bigger and better employer but the best way is to think twice before joining FH Eastern Construction.

Pros

Good culture if you are in the right team. There are some excellent people who are fun and supportive. Leadership have good ideas and want to go in the right direction.

Cons

Bad culture if you are not in the right team. Management do not effectively respond to bullying in some teams. Staff are afraid to report issues. Losing valuable and talented team members because they are being directly told there is no career progression or pay increase opportunities for them. Leadership don't appear to be putting enough resources towards their ambitious ideas.
