Toxic Workplace! - Estimating Manager Fulton Hogan Employee Review

I worked for eastern construction pre-contracts team where employee turnover is high, hard work goes unrewarded, communication has broken down and backstabbing is highly common. Pre-contracts consists of a number of individuals sitting together rather than a team. The manager does not manage the employees properly and cannot build a team of them. I was lucky to find a bigger and better employer but the best way is to think twice before joining FH Eastern Construction.
