Low pay rates. Poor communication, especially from management to ground staff. Management have an elitist attitude and a lot of the time won't acknowledge you when they drive through site. If you're not friends with management you will get dragged into the office for every mistake. Long hours. Money comes before staff wellbeing. Attitudes amongst ground staff are stuck in the '80s, including racism, sexism and homophobia
