      Good people to work alongside Interesting processes and clean work environment

      Cons

      Very difficult to get training - progress is inhibited by supervisors Oldschool mentalities around change (processes, diversity) and leadership

      Small head office means you can really get to know your collegues and the Leadership team.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the core of the team responsible fore culture, diversity and inclusion, do not live up to the values of their business.

      Pros

      I have been blessed to work for Evolution Mining. I have been supported in my role and have obtained both soft skill professional development and further training in job specific training. I have strong support within the organisation. Plenty of opportunity for advancement provided a space comes available and that one has built a standing within the organisation.

      Cons

      Most roles are relatively typecast so opportunity for career diversity is limited.
