Decent salary, nice small town and pretty decent people overall.

Work load, misalignment, some supervisors and management not qualified to manage departments and people, no childcare in the area and the company does not care about that- you need to figure it out because you are required to be on site, you pay for gym and rec centre contrary to what they advertise. You pay for additional health benefits./ insurance.

Whereas my Group P&C Team were great there was a slight dissatisfaction I felt in other teams which could be watered down by adopting more of the culture I experienced in P&C. Culture is very important to Evolution and it is something they keep building on.
