VMIA is now a dreadful organisation - Anonymous employee Victorian Managed Insurance Authority Employee Review

I used to enjoy coming to work everyday but over the last 6 months I have seen things that beggars belief. The bullying and intimidation by management to staff is unbelievable yet these managers always walk away scot free. Managers spend all their time catching up with each other taking long lunches and countless coffee breaks. Staff required to reapply for own roles. Internal applicants have to compete with externally advertised roles. Don't work here if you want to receive any respect from management.
