Good work life balance
Can be good career progression
Culture is good, but very team dependant
Cons
Lack of learning developments for juniors and very minimal, if any feedback
There are very clear favourites who get promoted way too quickly.
The pay is below average
The flexible work (2 days wfh) and half day off every other Friday, and the people are genuinely happy to help you learn and progress, rather than some firms which will throw you in the deep end and basically say "too bad so sad".
Cons
No real cons to be honest. I don't much care for all of the ESG score oriented social initiatives but it's not really a big deal.
