Scheduling was very easy. The recruiter responded to my application via email to schedule a phone screening. Within the email a link to the company scheduling portal was provided. I was able to choose from a few dates and times.
The interviewer was prompt and professional. They explained the company history, culture and day to day operations. They were very through. The clearly explained the next steps after the interview: a follow up decision on the phone screen, then an online technical assessment.
I didn't receive an offer so I emailed for feedback. The recruiter did not share any feedback but took the time to respond to my email to wish me well. I believe that is a huge indication of how people focused the culture is.
