The process begins with a recruiter prescreen to discuss background, fit, and logistics, followed by Raven’s test to evaluate reasoning, problem-solving, and overall cognitive ability as part of assessment process.

It is important to have a strong, personal story about your connection to the mission. Be prepared to explain why the work matters to you, how your background connects to the organization’s goals, and why this role feels like a meaningful next step rather than just another job.
First call was a Zoom with junior staff. Jumped into multiple behaviorals and a brain teaser case. No prior notice of format was given and no opportunity to learn about role or compensation before diving into a technical.
