The process begins with a recruiter prescreen to discuss background, fit, and logistics, followed by Raven’s test to evaluate reasoning, problem-solving, and overall cognitive ability as part of assessment process.

Interview
Initial interview was amazing with the first person. Asked generic questions and some specific to the role and then immediately passed me on to the next interview also sending the reference checks and everything almost as if you received the job. The next day was the second interview. It was a younger young lady, she came into the interview about 3-4 minutes late with no explanation but was pleasant overall. They mention you will hear something but I never did.
Initial interview with screener- generic questions and not much response to my questions. Went slowly but had multiple stages. Outreach via other job channels. Heavily recruiter led. Seemed to be interviewing a lot.
