We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to play a key role in shaping inventory strategy, demand planning and stock optimisation across the business.

About the Role
As Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for inventory demand planning, replenishment strategies and inventory governance across the business. Using operational, maintenance and supply chain data, you will develop inventory strategies that balance availability, risk and cost.
Working closely with maintenance, planning and supply chain teams, you will identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, optimise stock holdings and strengthen supply chain performance while ensuring critical parts are available when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage inventory strategies, including critical spares
- Analyse demand trends and develop accurate inventory forecasts
- Establish and maintain inventory replenishment requirements
- Optimise stock holdings while reducing excess and obsolete inventory
- Own the parts management process and monthly review cycle
- Monitor inventory risks, lead times and supply constraints
- Maintain integrity of inventory master data within ERP systems
- Produce reporting and insights on inventory performance and trends
- Collaborate with maintenance, planning and supply chain stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management.
About You:
You're a supply chain professional who:
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
- Has experience in inventory management, planning or supply chain analysis
- Enjoys working with data and turning insights into action
- Has strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills
- Is confident working with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or Oracle
- Communicates effectively with both operational and corporate stakeholders
- Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Thrives in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
