Coforge, in partnership with Microsoft, recently hosted an executive customer session for Northwest-based customers at Microsoft’s Experience Center on the Redmond campus, as part of the Microsoft Frontier Firm showcase. The dialogue focused on how enterprises are operationalizing applied and generative AI to drive tangible business outcomes. The Microsoft Experience Center floor walkthrough featured real-world use case demonstrations from leading global brands across Healthcare, Telecom, and Manufacturing. Following the experience center walkthrough, Coforge showcased enterprise AI acceleration through live demonstrations of our end-to-end AI asset toolkit, including Quasar (AI for Business), Forge-X (SDLC automation), and EvolveOps.AI (AI Ops). This show-and-tell session resonated strongly with participating customers and led to engaging discussions on how Coforge’s AI toolkit can help accelerate enterprise AI adoption in a responsible and scalable manner. The NowEmpower event, hosted at the Coforge Greater Noida Campus, marked a significant step forward in our strategic collaboration with ServiceNow. This gathering brought together leaders and teams from both organizations to explore how we can jointly empower customers through AI-driven workflows and digital transformation. The day featured inspiring keynotes from ServiceNow and Coforge leadership, setting the stage for future-focused conversations on AI, agentic platforms, and enterprise innovation. A highlight was the deep dive into ServiceNow’s AI strategy, led by Murali Subbarao, which sparked meaningful dialogue on how AI is reshaping workflows and delivering smarter outcomes. Participation was strong across both teams, underscoring the strength of this partnership. We celebrated a major achievement with 1,000+ AI certifications completed, demonstrating our readiness for AI-enabled service delivery. Recognition and rewards honored excellence in learning, innovation, and delivery, while an AI-led Hackathon showcased creative ideas and technical prowess.

Ms. Beth Boucher, Independent Director and Chair of the CSR Committee, Coforge, and Ms. Anuradha Sehgal, Chief Brand and Sustainability Officer, Coforge, along with IIT (BHU) Director, Prof. Amit Patra, formally inaugurated The Coforge Data & AI Lab at IIT (BHU), Varanasi. Also present on the occasion were Dean R&D, Dr. Rajesh Kumar; Head and In-charge of The Coforge Data & AI Lab, Dr. S. K. Singh; Professor-in-Charge of Corporate and Industry Relations, Dr. Sushant Kumar Shrivastava; and faculty members and students of IIT (BHU), Varanasi. Students and researchers at IIT (BHU) will now have access to a live, enterprise-grade environment to explore real-world AI and data science applications, supported by structured learning and mentorship from Coforge’s Data and AI experts. The lab’s vision is to create an inclusive, innovation-led ecosystem that empowers students to apply knowledge to solve real-world challenges. To begin with, the lab will support four research projects addressing critical societal needs: ✓ AI-assisted vulnerability detection to strengthen cybersecurity ✓ AI-powered assistive reading system for the visually impaired ✓ IoT and AI-based soil health monitoring system for sustainable agriculture ✓ Cognitive research initiative to enhance mathematical abilities of schoolchildren in Varanasi through brainwave-based interventions

Our approach towards execution which has seen us emerge as the seventh largest IT services firm in India also underlines our approach to our efforts to contribute to society. With three functioning public libraries across three states in India we remain committed to setting up the 30 libraries across India that we had set out to do.
