      Pros

      Nice women in my group going through hell. All looking for other jobs.

      Cons

      Having to listen to disgusting comments made about women, bosses and supervisors using demeaning language and sexially explicit comments in a pack setting. Listening to managers jeer and laugh when women in the office are demeaned. Aggressive behaviour toward gentle people in the business is supported. Anyone who complains is ostricized and their lives made hell until they breakdown and forced to leave.

      Very selective promotion of people . Nasty fingerpointing company culture in I.T.

      Good location. Salary is reasonable.

      Cons

      Massive favouritism eg. Some allowed to work from home while others aren't . Some rebuked for casual clothing while others in the same department freely come to work in casual clothes. Some employees with poor quality of work promoted and juvenile finger-pointing style of management in the I.T. department
