A good company involved in various fields with a good pipeline of work.

Cons

Lots of politics at higher level and decisions that are purely made based on political correctness rather than what works for the company. The success and career progression way is full of bumps and ifs and connections. Exhausting for anyone who wants to purely improve their career based on their performance and business influence.
