RUN...................... *would not be recommended to your worst enemies.

      This place is all about marketing. They invest so much money into making the company sound like it's at the cutting edge of tech. You read posts on LinkedIn about Machine Learning and AI in Banking. It's all marketing rubbish. I can assure you Temenos is doing absolutely nothing in these areas. It's flagship core banking product T24 is still written in Basic! Its business model is to go from company to company charging a fortune for cheap low rate engineers to implement the same basic functionality to make it's product work over and over again. This is their business model. The company uses out of date tech dressed up like it's new technology and sell it to financial institutions which don't know any better. Avoid at all costs.

      Working here means that you will no longer be unemployed

      Cons

      The environment is toxic and soul destroying. The senior management of the place are more concerned with their short term bonus instead of developing a culture that cares about people. People matter little to this management and it is impossible to find anyone in management that will own the problem and make the changes.
