Good jobs and variety of work.

Pay is average, and focus is overly on wins and not the work we actually do.

Pros

Famous projects; decent pay for work

Cons

Absolutely avoid - every month they made redundancies and people are literally crying in the hallway as they dont know what they did wrong - despite the advertising the culture is absolutely dead as theres no way to grow/learn more/earn more since they start fresh on new bid each time with new team - dont make the mistake I did and go for the money because its too good to be true and even nice people end up lying to you because they themselves were lied to and didnt know it

Pros

Variety of projects and clients, that’s about it…

Cons

Talk a big game but limited genuine industry clout or contacts A lot of big salaries for rudderless sector and company leads No clear growth strategy, like 8 year old’s soccer PE squeeze out any hope of a pay rise, celebrate wins all year then plead poverty at review time (year in year out) Promotions have zero process or transparency - jobs for favourites regardless of capability Training is non existent - budgets for favourites, trite videos and generic decks for anyone else

Pros

Decent pay if you're good at negotiating. Need to push them hard.

Cons

Horrible culture. The place is run by private equity and creates a fake facade of good social corporate responsibility, but in reality is driven by faceless corporate men with no backbone.

Pros

Some talented, hardworking people at the staff level

Cons

The so-called “RISE Values” are plastered everywhere but seem to be missing in every decision. Respect? Missing. Integrity? Compromised. Service? Hollow. Excellence? Nowhere to be found Leadership is disorganized, communication is weak, and priorities change constantly with no explanation. Leadership refuses to listen. HR protects bosses instead of staff, and reports of bullying or harassment go nowhere. Good people leave constantly—there’s no career path, no recognition, no pay progression, and no real support. Leadership also shows no ethics with contracts or invoices. The Hours are long, pay is low, and flexibility is a lie. IT is equally ineffective. Priorities shift constantly with no explanation, forcing staff to work twice as hard for unclear goals. The marketing team is all style, no substance—just people with certificates and no on-the-job experience. They spin words that don’t reflect what we actually do. If they were as capable as they claim, we wouldn’t be losing tenders or missing opportunities. Their pipeline shows they aren’t across anything, and yet they act busy while the rest of the business struggles to get support.
