Pros

* Free internet * Hybrid work environment

Cons

* Staff is not treated as human talent. Rather, staff is treated as peasants who has to agree to what management says * Lot of favouritism and nepotism * Good and hard working employees are given more responsibilities without any change in contract or without any pay rise * Talent is not appreciated. Good talent is asked to keep their ideas to themselves as no one cares * Automated Rotating roster is broken. You can have a schedule where you are working for 12 days straight without any day off. * New database system implemented with no risk analysis * Staff has very little to no support with the complex issues from management * There is no reward for doing a good job * People doing different roles are getting paid same * Offshoring the call centre and there is no quality check.

Management stay in meetings constantly they seam to have zero interest in coaching/ mentoring staff. Next to no guides for work requirement. no KPI bonus. Rotating roster. Management gaslight staff to ensure no one can progress before them.
