Bullying culture from the top down. Do what you are told or they will find someone that will. They seem to believe their own stories, resembles little of what happens on the ground... but then only good news is allowed. You can no longer question anything, the science, the project or the prospect. Questioning or looking for discussion means you are 'not on the bus'. You can look forward to a public shout down. Constant redundancies... you will never feel, or be, secure. If you make 12months without a restructure that would be a record. Have a think about the difference between emirates and tiger air.... Santos was like emirates and is now 'the lowest cost onshore operator'. Quality = time x money. There are now fewer staff doing more work with less experience and less money. The only leadership is cost. Don't think you will see any other kind. You will not be a person, just a number.
