Great Product, Poor Leadership, High Turnover

Pros

The office is modern, and the product has a lot of potential. It's a great place for recent graduates or anyone looking to break into SaaS and learn quickly. Join if you want to get your foot in the door and gain SaaS experience, but I'd recommend staying only 1 to 2 years. Learn what you can, build your resume, and move on before the leadership and constant turnover start holding back your career.

Cons

Senior leadership, especially in MANILA. They seem disconnected from what employees actually need to succeed. There's constant talk about AI and new initiatives, but basic operational problems and broken processes are left unresolved. It often feels like leadership is chasing trends instead of fixing the fundamentals. Onboarding is unstructured (like a startup), so you're expected to figure things out on your own. Salaries are below market, and the turnover reflects that. Good people leave, new people come in, and the same problems keep repeating because the root causes are never addressed. The product deserves better leadership than it currently has.
