      Really interesting technology, especially at the moment with the emergence of AI Very smart and engaged coworkers Everyone pulling towards the same mission - we all want to work out the best way to build great software Lovely offices (with standup desks and 3 monitors), and hybrid (2 days from home each week)

      Cons

      Consultancy isn't for everyone... You have to always be learning the latest tech to keep up
