There is no onboarding process for new joiners! You have to dig into everything by yourself, while bombing with expectations from start! There is minimum opportunity to learn new things there. Instead, there are lots of useless tasks for you there. They don’t value your efforts at all and are not supportive at all. Also, they are taking all their developers from offshore to reduce their costs, so dont even care if you quit
