Pros

Employer discounts are good and once you're there workplace is OK. Diversity and inclusion top notch.

Cons

Contribution is not rewarded. Leaders can be successful while still being idiots if they suck up to their management. It is a toxic dysfunctional workplace and the current transformation attempts will fail.

Pros

- Warm and inclusive culture - Lot of learning/training opportunities via online portal as well as for vendor-based integrations - Satellites has network benefits of having very senior, experienced engineers alongside grads/interns - Good amenities (food, coffee, beverages, Basketball Court) on campus

Cons

- Growth limited to traditional corporate structure - Responsibility is offloaded to vendors often - Resources and priority between Satellite teams are always shifting so you are at risk of being sidelined year-on-year
