      25 days annual leave, Employers pension contributions up to 10%, Laya medical insurance. Generous sick days policy ( all sick days paid)

      5-days office presence, but some people still avail full-time remote positions. Complex, multi- layered management structure hindering communication. Minimal opportunities for career progression or professional growth. Lack of transparency in decision making progreses and risk of poorly trained leaders.
