Pros

Good work culture, big office, always fully stocked with coffee, biscuits, lollies

Cons

Not really all the much room to grow in customer success, clients can be quite abrasive as they are not really trained that well or explained the limitations of the system. Complex system that feels like no one really knows what potential it really has

Pros

The company has a great culture, flexible working hours, and a generous annual salary review. You won’t feel pressured or stressed if you don’t complete a task on time—they respond with understanding rather than pressure. I’ve noticed the team system can sometimes work against integrity and honesty. For example, if someone is genuinely stuck on a complex task and receives understanding from the team, it’s fair. But if others take advantage of this system, it can slow down the team’s efficiency and ultimately harm the product and the team dynamic. That said, the company treats its people with respect. Many employees have stayed for years—some even over a decade. Their approach to salary reviews is generous, showing they truly value and recognise your contributions. When it comes to promotions, they tend to favour those who not only demonstrate ability but have also been with the company for a meaningful amount of time.

Cons

The mobile team operates on a flat structure, which can be challenging when disagreements arise or final decisions are needed. Without a clear decision-maker, the team often resorts to group calls and majority votes, which can lead to delays and confusion. I believe having a dedicated tech lead—someone who can act like a captain to guide the team and provide technical direction—would greatly improve clarity and efficiency.
