where i previously worked and the role breakdown in those jobs
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hammer Technologies in Feb 2025
Interview
First with HR, then a Sales VP and then final panel interview with new CRO, another Sales VP and OPs Manager.
First few interviews were basic and final was 1 and a half hours including a 10 minute demo.
Most of the team was friendly and able to answer questions. Final panel interview consisted of common sales process questions, etc
After final interview there was no update for 3 weeks while continuing to follow up, but finally received a notification that they would be looking elsewhere.
In hindsight it was a good thing, since this is not their first attempt at scaling a US team. Seem to struggle with vision and direction.
