      The pay for the job is nice

      Cons

      "Unlimited" time off is not unlimited. It becomes difficult to take more than 20 days off during the year. Required to be in the office 5 days a week 9 hours a day. Constant organization changes/restructuring. Leadership refuses to invest in products so that they can remain competitive. "Its making money now so why do we need to update it" attitudes. Short sighted business directions. Took away plastic cups and utensils from break room.

      There are multiple gifts every Dec and have family day which keep boost for employees.

      Cons

      Team environment needs to be improved. Work from office is all 5 days compulsory and not flexible , Also no transport is provided.
