The pay for the job is nice

"Unlimited" time off is not unlimited. It becomes difficult to take more than 20 days off during the year. Required to be in the office 5 days a week 9 hours a day. Constant organization changes/restructuring. Leadership refuses to invest in products so that they can remain competitive. "Its making money now so why do we need to update it" attitudes. Short sighted business directions. Took away plastic cups and utensils from break room.
