Cons
- Essentially a dictatorship if you are unfortunate enough to be exposed to senior leadership or have him involved in your work. Richard White has a strangle hold on the company, no matter what the official structure - New strategic directions are largely unfathomable, lacking any demonstrable evidence basis or balancing of risks. - Ongoing deterioration of benefits and working conditions due to unsustainable business decisions - Honestly I don't think the company will exist in 5 years time. - Senior leadership is angering: all of their customers, all of their employees, regulatory bodies, and the police.
