From the interview right through to onboarding and my first day, the experience has been really positive. Ventia’s Talent team were great to deal with communication was clear and consistent, and the online onboarding was super easy. On my first day, my manager was very thorough, made sure everything was set up properly, and walked me through a well planned week ahead.
