Racist - Anonymous employee Transport for NSW Employee Review

People look after their own. If you are not Indian don't bother applying because if you get interviewed by a manager that's Indian, it would be unlikely you will be employed which is what I found as soon as I walked into this organization/workplace with 90 percent of employees are Indian. No point in working here when your knowledge & experience isn't acknowledged in anyway as a person that moves on gets replaced with an Indian. No point in sticking around as most jobs will be outsourced & insourced with foreigners taking Australian jobs. We can't afford to work for peanuts.
