Pros
- Salary can be competitive for contractors, however it really is not worth it - Other than that, there really is nothing good to say about this company
Cons
- Senior management is very hostile towards employees - There is systematic employee abuse occurring at all levels of the organisation (This is really, really bad and actually a lot worse than you could ever imagine) - They literally destroy people in there - No actual work done in the place. Virtually nothing is achieved. It is hard for new employees to understand and accept that this is completely normal there. - It is generally regarded as the most toxic workplace people have ever worked in - Lies, deception, undermining and defamation are normal day to day there - Employee surveys are not genuine: there can be significant repercussions if the surveys are answered truthfully - Managerial incompetence is so bad that most of them are using 80% of their time on creating problems and blaming each other instead of doing anything even remotely useful - Billions are spent on major projects that have are not showing any results but the projects are too big to fail. The place should be shut down. Audits will never reveal the extent of the real problems and the real sources of those problems in this organisation. This place really needs a royal commission into investigating what is really happening in there. For years, all that money (billions) has been spent with the hopes of seeing some results at some point. This has been going on for years: there is a difference between optimism and insanity and this place has gone way past that point a long time ago.
