Pros

some friendly and supportive coworkers, remote working option, a standard amount of time off

Cons

Overall, this company seems not to value or respect their employees. They have ridiculous expectations and have no interest in compensating you--they will take advantage of their employees as far as they possibly can. Culture also seems to be stuck in the maybe era early 80's: and just like in Reaganomics, the "trickle-down" from the top to the people actually doing the work on the bottom doesn't happen in reality. The company itself charges more for various services for accounts you may work on, but you see no fruits of that benefit personally even though it is you who will be expected to meet these absolutely absurd standards, doing the extra work (even working outside of workday hours, they don't care). They will happily volunteer your time (and sanity) that rightfully belongs to your personal life to customers so that they can make more money that they will not share with you. Some points to consider: -very poor work/life balance: employees work all hours of the evenings, weekends, holidays, and even during their vacation time, and for -very low pay -ambiguous job role boundaries, roles (who is responsible for what) not made clear -recent company merger handled extremely poorly (or truly, may have just been a poor business decision in the first place to merge with a company that already had a reputation in the publishing industry of lying about capability and capacity in order to secure work). very poor communication and little accountability, low ranking employees expected to force work out of overseas colleagues and to spin poor work quality and lateness to customers -the level of chaos that exists as a result of this merger really cannot be overstated, and has gone on for a long time and looks to not be abating any time soon despite promises to the contrary -low quality health insurance, uses very pricy coinsurance and has high deductible -you may be the last one to know of any changes made to what accounts you'll be working on -often left with a feeling that work and responsibility is dumped on you without any clear explanation of how to perform said work or take on said responsibility -mandatory meetings frequently scheduled less than an hour in advance -"higher ranking" (or at least, certainly higher earning) sales colleagues known to throw lower tier colleagues under the bus to the customer, despite the fact that those colleagues actually have next to no power over the problem at hand. similarly, they make promises to the customer that absolutely cannot be kept, and the lower ranking employees are left to be the face of the responsibility for that failure to deliver to the customer -virtually non-existent onboarding process -"supervisor" has no connection to the employee and may have nothing to do with the accounts an employee works on; only clear function of the supervisor is to approve time off requests -company asking for and expecting a lot of buy in from employees without giving anything much in return to earn that motivation and buy in from the employees

Pros

Need further review. I keep going back to the group (s) and counted per images of FTE and background.

Cons

Not much diversity. Anyone that goes on their page can see not much if all diversity.
