The abundance of resources can sometimes be overwhelming without proper guidance on what is a "need to know" vs. a "nice to know". - Aggressive sales targets with average quota attainment(check Repvue website for the most updated data. As of July 2023, Repvue is reporting 48% quota attainment). As a result, there's a big push on increasing sales performance which can be very stressful and tolling on your mental health - Being someone who's worked both within the New Business team and the Expansion team, avoid new business as it is much harder to generate revenue. Expansion is an easier sell and more enjoyable. - Management can be out of touch. You need to know how to manage upwards.
