Management seems inexperienced in the dispute teams and doesn’t respond to workload. A lot of people go on leave and it can impact teams, workload doesn’t get accounted for in these cases. When raising it can feel like you are being dismissed and as if you can’t handle it. Also there is a lot of different opinions on how to handle responses and very little direction from management on how to independently establish a work rhythm to adjust.
