The org restructured pay and that helped many employees receive more adaquate pay for their work, but not all employees were assessed well for deserving a new pay rate. Good coworkers with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the immigrant and refugee community in the area.
Cons
not all employees get paid enough based on the high cost of living in seattle. not enough is done to hire and keep people of color by management.
