Terrible management, negative environment, nothing ever good enough no chance of moving up so much turnover and unhappiness, and even when they say they will fix it they do nothing or just fire people. proceed with caution

Close to 40% of the money people contribute goes to the growing upper level management costs while services to clients decrease and staff benefits are decimated. Upper level management are dangerously out of touch and have both implicit and explicit bias that plays itself out in the way they treat their diverse staff. More and more, services are being hollowed out while administration grows and grows. I know so many amazing people who are committed , smart and creative who have left this organization over the last three years due to the level of mismanagement, toxic culture, and the all consuming focus to support the positions of upper level management rather than the purported mission.
