      Pros

      Karbon has a ridiculously good culture. This is a forward-thinking and driven scale-up, and the people are some of the kindest, most collaborative people you'll ever work with. There's no egos, everyone is quick to lend a hand, and you can tell they've really invested in leadership and career development here. It's an incredible place where you get to work with incredible people, who are committed to doing even more incredible things.

      Cons

      Karbon is in the accounting SaaS space, so it can be fast-paced, but if you're wired for that, you'll love it!

      Fast Growing company with engaging employee culture; values employees, hybrid work with opportunity to spend time alongside large Chicago team while also working from home part time. Lots of opportunities for growth - belief in promoting from within. Great benefits. Every employee is option holder.

      Important to be someone who wants to work hard and make an impact as every employee really matters in driving results.
