Pros
Overall I really did enjoyed being a flight attendant. I was on a casual contract which gave me more flexiblilty to pick up/ or easily get rid of shifts. Everyday is different which makes the job more interesting. Working for Jetstar is a good foot in the door to persue in your dreams of being a flight attendant.
Cons
It can be very exhausting and colleagues can be very nasty. It sometimes felt like I was back at high school with all the drama. No penalty rates for working on public holidays. You don’t get paid for doing ground school (4-5 weeks)
