      Great company culture, lots of supportive peers and good friendships made Beautiful offices Good employee benefits and flexibility to work from home Good career progression

      Cons

      Restructures. This appears to happen a lot more frequently than other companies. Despite good culture, favouritism is a huge driving factor for promotions. This was observed and known across a number of different teams that I worked in.
