      Toxic culture & "Old Guard"

      Pros

      - Activity based working - Great new office space in Sydney

      Cons

      - Good people are not welcome as they could disrupt the power regime - The "Old guard" doesn't want to change and any new ideas are shut down - Culture to burn out good people, get rid of them and hire new people and start again

      The pay package and benefits were good but not enough to make up for the bad - and it was VERY bad.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic workplace. I have worked for a number of large corporations but have never witnessed poor behaviour on this scale. Everyone stabbing each other in the back and lodging complaints against one another. People speak to you like you’re an idiot and you’re belittled until you start to feel useless and broken. I learned that there was a high turnover within my immediate team - in a small team of 10 people, 24 staff left within a 2.5 year period. Management have let the culture get so bad. I’m not sure it can ever be fixed.

      flexibility, high wage, half price on insurnace

      Cons

      It all depends on who is on your reporting line that will mould your experience, you can't get anything done in a timely fashion, so MUCH politics and department spats. Six months in people give up and just push their mouse around until restructure time.
