      Benefits - Medical including video GP Salary is on the higher end in the market

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring contnually happoening. As a result job security isn't the greatest Departments don't do 'the best thing to do for the long term' rather just plug day to day gaps and fires.

      Flexibility regarding hybrid work, Nice office, good environment in the office.

      Cons

      Distant leads, not much community culture, if you don't mind working alone for several weeks, this should not be an issue

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
