Mostly a good experience

Pros

The company had good working conditions and I was paid a good salary with bonuses. There was occasional travel interstate and abroad.

Cons

Medical tests during recruitment was a horrible experience that I hope never to repeat. Upper management could be unreasonable and demanding, and were quick to criticize but unwilling to praise for good results.

Pros

Great work mates good job. Was a really good company to work for until take over by Incitec Pivot some years ago.

Cons

Arrogant management, company preachers family values but treats its employees as a number not people. Company is trying to hire more labor hire people and cut back on permanent employees. They think more about profit than the employees.

Strong declining momentum

Pros

They provide flexibility and good parental leave.

Cons

There is open favouritism. Also very disappointing that things continued to decline instead of improve. Unless you were a favourite you were nothing but a number on a spreadsheet.
