They hire you and once the work is done they fire you, no job security once your project is over or you get a release from project they will ask you to leave.

A lot. There's a lot of favoritism, nepotism getting encouraged in few departments. This year they have delayed appraisals, it has been more than 4 years that variable is given to the employees properly. No motivational activities, no proper feedback mechanism. There is no positive environment on the floor in various departments.
