Q: Are you an introvert or extrovert? Q: What would you say is your weakness as an employee?
Met with the Regional Manager. She was very professional and asked several questions related to knowledge of the job, company and how one would react in certain situations. Some role playing as well, but this was very informative. Sales Training is always good no matter what form it takes. I think I did well and am well qualified though I may not be the best candidate. I think the company should choose the best fit for them and I was very honored to have been chosen for interview.
Where did u work before this?
The most difficult questioned that the membership sales manager asked, was if I was familiar with the way big box, and Wholesale club retailers operate and do business.
Why do you want to work here? Why sales? Tell me about a time when you didn't succeed.
Would you be comfortable with up- selling? Do you feel comfortable talking to people and interacting with customer conflict? How would you relate to our older clientele? Why Anytime Fitness and why fitness/ health? Would you be available most weekdays and occasionally the weekend for meetings(once a month)? Are you good at sales? Provide an example. Can you be self-sufficient? Can you be responsible for opening the store and coordinating health instructors and clients?
