Some role playing as well, but this was very informative. Sales Training is always good no matter what form it takes. I think I did well and am well qualified though I may not be the best candidate. I think the company should choose the best fit for them and I was very honored to have been chosen for interview.

Would you be comfortable with up- selling? Do you feel comfortable talking to people and interacting with customer conflict? How would you relate to our older clientele? Why Anytime Fitness and why fitness/ health? Would you be available most weekdays and occasionally the weekend for meetings(once a month)? Are you good at sales? Provide an example. Can you be self-sufficient? Can you be responsible for opening the store and coordinating health instructors and clients?
