What is the difference between direct and indirect marketing?
The most difficult part of the interview is the "Role-Play", where you are the Sales Rep. & they get to be the "Difficult Car Dealer". You have less than 5 minutes to read the specifics about the Dealership, seek a couple of different solutions for them, (Even though you don't really know the solutions at that time) and sweat through the denials, rejections, rebuttals, etc.
Interview questions included: What was a sale you are most proud of? Do you like working as a team? What is your approach to prospecting? How many contacts should you/can you make in a day? Can you be productive working from a home office? Do you have a home office? Give examples of sales to smaller travel customers and larger customers. How much time should you spend working on smaller accounts vs. larger accounts? How would you handle objections about print vs. digital options?
