I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Transport for NSW in Oct 2024
Interview
After the online aptitude tests, you may be chosen to interview. For the interview you are asked to present to a panel. The panel includes the recruiter, the hiring manager (in my case a senior engineer), and a current member of the grad program. The details of the presentation are provided about one week before the interview. The entire interview took no longer than 15 minutes. After your presentation you may be asked a few follow up questions.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Topic 1: Prepare a sales pitch about yourself and why you should be the newest recruit for our Graduate Program. Tell us what sets you apart from other participants? What can you bring to the Graduate Program and Transport NSW that will benefit the organisation?
Topic 2: Transport for NSW’s mission is to serve the people of NSW, across Sydney Metropolitan and Regional NSW, which spans across, Rail, Road and Infrastructure projects. One part of this mission is to create a vibrant future in the regions by building our regional workforce, especially within the Entry Level Talent Market. How would you increase the appeal for young talent to work within Regional NSW?

Online assessment with numbers and word games Video interview one way after online assessment. A couple of questions depending on motivation. 20 mins face to face interview with two interviewers.
Multiple mini sections: application, online testing, video interview...
Alright process but is just lengthy, the online testing is of a few small tests about abstract listening and numeric calculations.
I am still yet to hear back about the next process.
