Specsavers Assistant Manager interview questions

It was a two stage process, first a one to one interview with the Retail Director. This was very much more of an informal chat about what I have achieved and what I would bring to the job. Next was a 5 hour trial on the shop floor with one of the supervisors. They left me to my own devices somewhat which gave me the opportunity to show that I am good even if dropped in at the deep end. I was made an offer within 3 days via their Recruitment Agency
